Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for:

• Promoting the Ministry through media outlets, brochures, radio, newspapers, and articles.
• Receiving complaints from stakeholders and the general public regarding the Ministry’s performance.
• Conducting investigations into complaints submitted to the Ministry.
• Receiving and guiding office visitors.
• Forwarding complaints to the relevant departments for action.
• Preparing implementation reports, including quarterly, semi-annual, and annual reports.
• Performing other duties related to the position as assigned by supervisors.

Qualifications and Requirements

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

• Must be a Zanzibari citizen.
• Must not be more than 46 years of age.
• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in one of the following fields from a recognized institution approved by the Revolutionary Government of Zanzibar:
  • International Relations and Diplomacy
  • Public Relations
  • Mass Communication
  • Journalism
  • Marketing and Public Relations
• Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
