New Jobs Call for Placement 2026 Ajira Portal
The Public Service Recruitment Secretariat (PSRS) has officially announced the interview results for applicants who attended recruitment interviews between July 21, 2025, and June 24, 2026.
The announcement includes the names of candidates who successfully passed the interviews, as well as selected applicants from the PSRS recruitment database who have been assigned to available job positions across various government institutions.
How to Download Your Appointment Letter
All successful candidates who have been allocated work stations can access their appointment letters through their Ajira Portal accounts.
To obtain the letter, applicants should:
- Log in to their Ajira Portal account.
- Open the My Applications section.
- Download and print the appointment letter.
- Report to the assigned workplace with the printed copy.
Reporting Requirements for Successful Candidates
Candidates offered employment must report to their assigned employer within the deadline specified in their appointment letter.
They are also required to present original academic certificates, starting from the Certificate of Secondary Education (Form Four) and above, for verification before receiving their official employment confirmation.
What If Your Name Is Not on the List?
Applicants whose names do not appear in the released results should consider that they were either unsuccessful in the interview process or were not selected for the available vacancies.
