Planning Officer Grade II – PEMBA (1 POST)

Responsibilities

1. Review and analyze the five-year Human Resources plan;
2. Review Human Resources capacity in the Public Service;
3. Identify additional needs in the Public Service;
4. Prepare the establishment (Ikama);
5. Prepare work implementation reports including quarterly, half-year, and annual reports;
6. Perform other duties related to his/her responsibilities as assigned by the Head.

Qualifications and Experience

1. Must be a Tanzanian/Zanzibari citizen aged not above 46 years.

2. Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Planning or Economics from a Government recognized university.
